MoadCast will process your personal information to ensure promotional and advertising messages are tailored to your lifestyle, interests and hobbies sent direct to your mobile phone via a MoadCast Message.

How long does MoadCast store your personal data?
MoadCast will store the Personal Data that you provide to us through the MoadCast website or otherwise for so long as you are a Member (MoadCaster). After you cease to be a MoadCast Member, MoadCast will keep your Personal Data on our records for a period of 1 year to enable us to respond to any queries or complaints that you may have, and comply with the law. After this time MoadCast will delete all of your Personal Data from our records, apart from any data that MoadCast is required to keep for any statutory legal reasons.
